If payments are sent via the wrong network (BSC for example), all funds will be lost and there is nothing that we can do to recover them. After the payment of your evaluation plan is officially confirmed, you will receive an email with the login details to access your evaluation. If you have not YET traded the account (0 trades) you can request a refund, but after an evaluation has been started the sale is FINAL and no refund is to be given UNLESS the trader has been able to succesfully pass the evaluation, in which case the challenge fee is refundable.
There are only 3 ways to lose an account.

Inactivity For 30 Days On Your Challenge Or Evaluation Account.
Weekend Holding Without Prior Approval
The reason an account can be terminated after 30 days of inactivity is to prevent any vacant accounts from being in our system. If it is required for you to go through a prolonged period of inactivity, you can let the team know ahead of time and we will make sure your account is secure. You can also update our team anytime before the 30 days with the reason for inactivity, and this will violation will not apply. An account can also be terminated if continuous copy trading or account management warnings have been issued.
